1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the services provided by Greensleeves Florist (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Services

We offer fresh floral arrangements, plants, and gifts for delivery or in-store collection. All products are subject to seasonal and regional availability. Product photographs on our website represent the style and design of an arrangement; exact blooms, foliage, and container may vary depending on what is freshest and most available on the day your order is fulfilled.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Delivery

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products described. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Upon acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • Delivery windows: We offer delivery during our standard business hours. Specific timed deliveries may be available for an additional fee and are subject to our capacity on any given day.
  • Delivery address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Access: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will follow safe-leave procedures or return the arrangement to our shop. A re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Signature requirements: Some deliveries, particularly to hospitals or secure buildings, may require a signature. We will attempt delivery to the main reception desk when direct access is unavailable.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Prices displayed include all product and design fees. Delivery fees are calculated separately based on your delivery area and are shown clearly before you confirm your order. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Substitution Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right, whether through a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Substitution Policy: Fresh flowers are perishable and availability changes daily. When a specific flower variety is unavailable, we will substitute with a flower of equal or greater value that maintains the style, colour palette, and overall impression of the arrangement you ordered. We will never substitute downward in quality or value.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because floral products are perishable and are often prepared specifically for your order, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before delivery: Full refund to the original payment method, less any payment processing fees.
  • 12–24 hours before delivery:50% refund or full store credit, at the customer's preference.
  • Less than 12 hours before delivery: No refund, as preparation will have already begun. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • After delivery: If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before our daily cut-off time, which is displayed prominently on our website. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Same-day delivery is available to addresses within our standard delivery area. Additional fees may apply for extended delivery zones. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times for same-day orders; arrangements will be delivered during our standard delivery window.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Greensleeves Florist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in content, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, acts of God, or other force majeure events.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
