We always strive to deliver exactly what you ordered. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar bloom of equal or greater value while maintaining the style and color palette.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We can accommodate changes if your order has not yet been arranged. Same-day orders may not be cancelable once preparation has begun.
Do you deliver to hospitals or funeral homes?
Yes, we deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, churches, and other venues. Please note that some facilities have restrictions on certain flowers — we recommend calling ahead to confirm.
